Wow, day 1 was great. (insert sarcasm here). I totally fudged the first day, but I’m doing 66 pull ups tonight! I figured it up while I was at work earlier I can spread it out over 3 hours doing only 4 every 10 minutes. Not bad at all considering I just pulled off 8 in my first shot.
Thanks to Alan from the flipyeahparkour website for inspiring me. He set a goal of 1500 pullups during the 31 day month of May. I just found out about it probably halfway through, so I decided to try for June. I’m still pretty weak upper body hense the lower goal, but it’s 33 pullups everyday. And hopefully my girlfriend is gonna join me with crunches of her own!

Pretty much how it works. I’ve gotten to the point that if I can’t flow in some jeans or a shirt is too restricting, I won’t buy it.
